    Hi Dr Amy!
I’m starting on the MTHFR path mainly after wondering if it’s part of my 15yr old daughters “issues”. I work with a ND and she has never brought it up so maybe it’s not applicable but I’m more of a DIY type so I’d like to research it myself! What is your suggestion for testing for specific mutations?
Lastly, I am not finding a way to sign up for the newsletter (and get the book pdf)….it looks like a month ago you were making changes and it might not be up yet….? I will check on Kindle in the meantime. Thank you for your style and time!!

      Hi Valerie,
I really like running the 23andme genetic testing (which gives a whole heap of data that 23andme reports and then a whole heap that they don’t) and then using a secondary service like geneticgenie to get a methylation profile. Then you have all of the awesome 23andme data and there are SO MANY different services that will use that raw data to analyze different things – like promethease (which is way more info than anybody needs, ever). And I *really* need to get my stuff together and fix the whole newsletter issue. Sorry!

      Thanks so much Erica!
I’m working on getting a new sign up ready on this page so check back in a day or so… I’m horrible at the website stuff. Ha!

      Hi JLynne,
I’m just making the switch from one newsletter service (A weber) to another (mail chimp) so give me just a few days and the sign up will be back on line. Sorry for the delay!

      Hi Michelle,
I’m not sure if I can add you – I think you have to add yourself. There should be a pop-over form, but just in case your computer is blocking it, I’ll see what I can do about adding a sign up form directly to this page. I hope that helps!

Just FYI the sign up form was added permanently to the bottom of the home page and the book page. 🙂

Please send free eBook. Particularly interested in eliminating gall bladder sludge. I’m doing well on a very low fat diet, but I am extremely underweight and can’t gain. Doctors all tell me there is no way to eliminate sludge naturally – just surgery or extreme low fat intake. Thanks
